These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chicken Road Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in that jurisdiction, in English, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the relevant arbitration body then in effect.
